From Apollo search to booked call: a full Leadflow run-through
One of our private-beta teams runs outbound for a small B2B services agency. Here’s (an anonymized version of) how a single campaign moved from brief to booked call inside Leadflow.
The brief
The team typed roughly this into Leadflow’s Studio chat: “Find ops leaders at logistics companies with 50–500 employees in the US who don’t already use a routing optimization tool.” Leadflow drafted an Apollo search matching that brief and previewed the first page of results for review.
Enrichment and import
After a small tweak to exclude a couple of adjacent titles, the team approved the search. Leadflow enriched and verified the matching contacts and imported roughly 180 deduped leads directly into a new campaign — no CSV exports or spreadsheet cleanup.
The sequence
Leadflow proposed a three-step sequence: an opener referencing the specific pain point from the brief, a follow-up with a short case study, and a break-up email. The team edited the opener’s tone slightly, approved the plan, and Resend handled delivery on schedule from there.
The reply
Over the next two weeks, Inbox AI categorized replies as they came in — mostly out-of-office and not-interested, automatically filtered out of the team’s attention. One reply was tagged as genuinely interested. The team saw it flagged, replied directly from Leadflow’s inbox view, and booked a call using the connected calendar link — closing the loop from a one-line brief to a meeting on the calendar.
